A credit is consumed when an event is first opened for participant submissions, not when you create a draft event. This applies to single-event purchases, voucher credits, and monthly plan credits.
Yes. Create your organisation and draft the event first. Access is consumed only when you open the room for participant submissions.
When you purchase the Annual Workshop Plan, you receive 4 workshop credits immediately. Each month on your purchase anniversary, 4 more credits are added automatically for 12 months total. Credits are consumed when you open an event for submissions.
No. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing month if unused. Single-event and voucher credits do not expire until used.
Unused credits from that month expire when the next billing month begins. We recommend planning your workshops within each monthly window to get the full value from your plan.
No. It is a one-time £1999 payment for 12 months of monthly credits. You can purchase another plan when your current plan ends.
Single Event and Annual Workshop Plan tiers include up to 200 participants per event. Contact us if you need a higher limit for a specific programme.
Yes. The participant flow is the same in any format: sketch on paper, scan the event QR, and submit from a phone. For hybrid or fully virtual sessions, share the live display and leaderboard via your video platform or projector. CoVision handles capture and synthesis; your facilitation handles the conversation.
A complimentary voucher grants full workshop access with no payment. Redeem it in the voucher section on billing. A discount code reduces the price you pay on Stripe checkout. Apply it on the relevant purchase card before continuing to checkout.
