When is single-event access consumed?
Access is consumed when an event is first opened for participant submissions — not when you create a draft event.
What is the participant limit per event?
Single Event and Annual Unlimited plans include up to 200 participants per event. Contact us if you need a higher limit for a specific programme.
Does Annual Unlimited auto-renew?
No. Annual Unlimited is a non-renewing 12-month package for £999. You can purchase again when your access period ends.
What is the Annual Unlimited fair use policy?
Annual Unlimited is intended for normal workshop and facilitation use. If we identify usage outside fair use — for example excessive event volume, automated abuse, or activity that threatens platform stability — we may apply limits or suspend access. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

What about voucher codes?
